I have introduced Sambal Petai Recipe in my previous post, the way of making this Sambal Petai Special is similar with the method used in Sambal Petai, what makes the difference is I am going to add long bean into this dish.
Long Bean, is another famous vegetable in Southeast Asia, it is also known as asparagus bean or snake bean. Long Bean is not any expensive vegetable, however its nutrition is super rich. They are a good source of protein, vitamin A, thiamin, riboflavin, iron, phosphorus, and potassium, and a very good source for vitamin C, folate, magnesium and manganese. Therefore, don’t look down on this “common” bean!
