but don’t get confused, I didn’t mean Petai smells like durian. If you have Petai today, your toilet will gonna has Petai’s smell for the next two days, yes, no kidding. Although Petai’s “left over effect” is quite scary, but actually it is a very nutritious food. Petai contains sucrose, fructose and glucose, these 3 type of natural sugar provide substantial boost of energy, for sport man or those who want to workout their body, it is good to add Petai as daily diet. Petai also high in iron, potassium, vitamin A & B, tryptophan( a type of protein that will make you relax, de-stress, feel happier), which is very good for anemia, blood pressure, stoke, and depression.
